SUMMER CELEBRATION CONCERT: MADDIE SAYS GOODBYE

Founding Director Maddie Sifantus' final concert with the Golden Tones will be a “Summer Celebration Concert” on Sunday, August 10 at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary of the Community United Methodist Church on Route 27 in Cochituate. Parking is adjacent in the church’s lot, adjoining streets, or overflow parking at St. Zepherin’s. Admission is free; a free will offering to support the ongoing work of the Golden Tones will be collected. A reception will follow. Singers from local church choirs and the community are invited to join the Golden Tones for the Finale songs which will include a version of Dona Nobis Pacem paired with Sim Shalom, some gospel songs, Amazing Grace and the song we always end every concert with, Let There Be Peace on Earth. The ad hoc group of extra singers will rehearse once at 5:30 PM on the night of the concert in the sanctuary.
